An online auction, sponsored by Paddle 8, is currently live and will conclude on Sunday March 30th. All of the artwork has been graciously donated, with proceeds benefitting the Claudia Barr Program at Dana-Farber, one of the top cancer research facilities in the world.

“We’re in a very unique spot this year to show that hope, inspiration and the desire to persevere still exists on a multitude of levels,” says Cassie Leventhal, a New Yorker with Boston roots running her first Boston Marathon in honor of her uncle, who is being treated at Dana-Farber for brain and lung cancer. “Running is a living, breathing metaphor for overcoming adversity. As we get the chance to return to Boston and finish the race, it’s important that others get the opportunity to finish their races as well.”
